By using the ActionSyncAI App ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

ActionSyncAI provides AI tools that allows users to process their documents and retrieve information from their documents to answer user queries.
User Accounts
To use the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content and data you upload, share, or otherwise make available through the App.You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of harmful content, spam, or any other activity that may disrupt the functionality of the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tushar Dublish and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the App without the express written consent of ActionSync.
Termination

In no event shall ActionSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
