ActionSync Cancellation and Refund Policy
At ActionSync, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your subscription. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds for both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your ActionSync subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to ActionSync premeium services until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that period, and you will not be charged further. Your subscription will switch back to Free user after the subscription month.
- Yearly Subscriptions: If you cancel your yearly subscription, you will retain access to the premium service for the on-going subscrption month. You will not be charged for the following year unless you choose to resubscribe. Your subscription will switch back to Free user after the subscription month.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once you have been billed for the month, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the month.
- Yearly Subscriptions: On cancellation of yearly subscriptions, we will offer refund of the remaining months to your original payment method. You will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription period.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued outside of these terms under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Major technical issues that significantly impact the usability of the service.
- Billing errors on our end.

4. Changes to the Policy
ActionSync reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
